1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website of O'Steen Buildings ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") at osteenbuildings.com, requesting a quote, placing an order, or communicating with us via any channel, including SMS/text messaging, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Services

O'Steen Buildings sells, delivers, and installs portable buildings, steel buildings, carports, RV covers, gazebos, dog kennels, greenhouses, and related structures. All product descriptions, dimensions, and pricing listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of sale.

Delivery is available throughout Georgia, Alabama, and parts of Florida. Specific delivery areas and fees are quoted on a per-order basis.

3. Quotes & Orders

All quotes provided, whether via this website, phone, email, or SMS, are estimates only and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a quote and provision of a deposit constitutes a binding order. All sales are subject to availability.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required to secure your order. Final payment is due upon delivery or completion of installation unless a Rent-To-Own (RTO) agreement is executed separately. We accept major credit cards, cash, and approved financing. Returned payments are subject to a returned-payment fee.

5. Rent-To-Own (RTO)

RTO agreements are separate contracts governed by the terms disclosed at the time of signing. RTO is not a loan. Early buyout options and payment schedules are detailed in your individual RTO agreement.

6. SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and submitting our contact form, requesting a quote, or opting in through any channel, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS and MMS text messages from O'Steen Buildings regarding quotes, order updates, promotions, and general business communications.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.
• Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.
• Help: Reply HELP for help or contact us at kerry@osteenbuildings.com or 229-247-6200.
• Supported Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most major U.S. carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You may still do business with us without providing consent to SMS communications.

7. Warranties

Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Steel building panels may carry up to a 40-year panel warranty where specified. Portable buildings are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, O'Steen Buildings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of O'Steen Buildings or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lowndes County, Georgia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
