Absolutely. Our display lot at 315 St Augustine Rd, Valdosta, GA has Building Displays Available On Site 24/7, no appointment needed. We also have a 3D online designer so you can configure your building before you visit.

Portable buildings that are in stock typically deliver in 1-2 business days. Steel buildings take 4-6 weeks from the date your installation surface is ready. We serve all of Georgia, Alabama, and parts of Florida.

Delivery is free for portable buildings within 50 miles of Valdosta, GA. Beyond 50 miles, mileage fees apply. Steel building installation pricing is included in your project quote.

Your installation surface must be completely level. Any obstacles (fences, trees, tight gates) must be cleared before delivery. Unleveled ground results in a 5% restocking fee plus a $200 return trip charge. If our truck can't access the site, a $500 return trip fee applies. Tight-space access requiring a mule is an additional $400.

The pad should match the exact footprint of the building, not larger. A larger-than-needed concrete pad can cause water to pool and seep under the siding. We recommend consulting with us before pouring concrete.

Permitting requirements vary by county and city. Homeowners are generally responsible for obtaining their own permits. For steel buildings, basic blueprints are available for $150. Site-specific engineered blueprints (required by some jurisdictions) start at $500+.

Yes. Anchors are required, minimum 2 in Georgia, 4+ in Florida. Anchors are $50 each. Steel buildings are permanently anchored per engineering specs included with your blueprints.

All Bluestone steel buildings carry a limited 40-year panel warranty, a 10-year tubing warranty (on lot models), and a 1-year general workmanship warranty.

We generally do not offer refunds once a building has been ordered or delivered. Limited exceptions apply for in-stock or newly ordered steel buildings under unforeseen circumstances. Material orders and scheduled deliveries are non-refundable. Please contact us before canceling, we want to work something out.

All steel buildings are certified to a standard 145 MPH wind load. We offer an upgrade to 150-170 MPH, which is required in many parts of Florida and recommended for coastal areas.
